Yesterday, my husband and I were in the city and decided to give this place a try. Staffs were so cute and did a fabulous job on my manicures. After 3 weeks, it still looks very good. Clean atmosphere. Of course, I'll come back.

I got a get full set. Nails were crooked, uneven and one of my nails somehow had a picket of air stuck in it. I got them done for a trip but ended up having to get them redone on the trip.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Avoid at all cost PLEASE!!! This nail salon does not value its customers or give great service.
I just visited the nail salon today and the person I asked for was booked, and that was OK. What was not OK was how they treated me because I didn't want to go to to certain technicians because they could not even paint nails properly and I've had bad experiences with those two technicians in the past. So I told them I would wait on the next technician who would be available but they sent no other technician to me. So I sat and waited, and they talked about me in another language. These business owners here at this nail salon who are working on the floor do not care about the services their technicians provide and when they do intervene they do it so rudely that I will not come to them anymore. They sit on money, and do not value their customers. They could've made great money today but because of their bad services I will never ever come back again. They just had two customers when I had arrive walk out unhappy and angry because one of the technicians did not paint one of the customers nails right and the nail polish came off. The technicians then began to talk about the customer when she walked out, very bad and disappointing services.

I dont recommend this salon to anyone, the owner is very rude. Tommy doesn't care about his customers at all...They are all about money, they dont care if your satisfied or not!! Thumbs down👎

This place has proven to be horrible. Customer service sucks. I got a horrible pedicure that I should not have paid for. I basically had to tell the little boy how to do the pedicure. Will not be using this place again...poor quality
