My fiance and I had an amazing experience working with this store to custom design her engagement ring and select a complimentary band. Dennis and all of the members are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They far surpassed my expectations. Definitely not a bland franchise store.

My husband and I have been customers at Aurum for many, many years. I have found everyone who works there to be extremely helpful and creative. Last year they created a special ring for me made from stones from some of my mother's jewelry from the 1960's. This is something I will treasure forever. Recently my sweet husband gave me an Aurum gift certificate for Christmas and it took me a long time to figure out what special item I wanted. Everyone was so patient as I looked at what was in the store, went through catalogs, took things home to consider, brought them back until I figured out just the right piece. I can't imagine another store giving me that much attention over time to be sure I had just the right thing. Arum is a special place to me; Athens is lucky to have it here.
