Everything was surprisingly average from the steak to the sides to the appetizer. $104 Porterhouse for 2 is about 16 oz of meat total, the smallest porterhouse I've ever been served. Everything was too salty. Completely and utterly flavorless. I find it hard to believe that this is the best steak in Atlanta. If so, that reflects poorly on this city. Price definitely does not reflect quality in this scenario. Service was good.

Our server was great. The food was okay. My dad loved the bone marrow. My sister’s risotto was extremely salty. I had the burger (that’s right, I ordered a burger). It wasn’t that great. A little bland and over cooked. The corn was good, but I think I expected too much. Prepare to spend a good amount.

The food, staff, and ambiance are all top notch. It can be a victim of it's own success however as at times they are way above their capacity (such as on the weekends). It's not a huge place so it becomes crowded quickly and because the staff continue to try to provide a perfect dining experience they begin to get woefully behind. This makes it difficult to get service and even table reservations don't do much to cut down on your wait time. Try this place out during a less busy time to get the best experience!

My husband and I had dinner last night at Kevin Rathbun, and let me tell you- then experience from beginning to end was exquisite. He was doing his best to treat me to a romantic dinner as a surprise, and the entire ambiance of the restaurant was perfect. Candlelit dinner and absolutely excellent staff and steaks made the night a night to remember. Kyle was our waiter and he was wonderful and very polite. We will visit again soon!

Had high expectations since this was the highest rated steak place in the area. Service and staff were great but the food was so very very average. The seasonal risotto seemed like it was made with minute rice with some watery squash. The spinach salad with bacon dressing was so over-smoked and had so much dressing it was almost inedible. The steak was prepared well but had an odd taste that neither of us could quite make out. For $250.00 I expect more refined dishes and better food execution. Won't go back and pay that price for average to below average food. The wine-steward was great and had a great recommendation.
