We came here on an Atlanta Bar Tour and as we expected the place was packed (which was not an issue). We waited at the front of the bar for over 20 minutes. We ordered 3 long islands and the bartender told us that she doesn't know how to make any mixed drinks and if we wanted mixed drinks we should go to there other end of the bar.
She further proceeded to inform us that she's "not even a bartender and she doesn't even work here"
We caught a second bartenders attention who also said she didn't know how to make it. At this point the manager comes over screaming "what? WHAT! What do you even want??"
Me: 😑 ok so since I've been refused service twice NOW I wanna know how much this overly complicated LONG ISLAND is?
He says, "You wanna know how much it is?? Security get them out of here,"
Security comes over and proceeds to push and shove us three small women out for ordering drinks.
Never again. Just say no to Sutra Lounge guys. Idk if they even have a liquor license seeing as how they're bartenders aren't bartenders. They're extremely rude and disrespectful. And all this because we wanted one of the most common drinks ever. Smh. Do better.
We DID get our entry fee back tho.

I Placed a complaint about this bar along with Atlanta bar tours with the Georgia consumer protection agency. Halloween weekend 2017 - our group of friends read the advert for a "pub crawl" - 25 bucks - 18 bars! No cover charges to access any participating bars.
Sutra lounge was a "participating bar" on the list in the advert.
Unfortunately there was no fine print to read on the website. The "fine print" was a map you received at the pub crawl.
So once you bought your ticket for the pub crawl and showed up to get your wristband - the "map" they hand out to you outlines what hours you can enter without a cover.
This is not disclosed readily on the website. I searched over and over and could not find exceptions. I saved the advert along with the web page and submitted to the consumer protection agency of Georgia .
10 dollar drinks if you're interested - I'm just more upset with misleading advertising and partnering with misleading advertising organizations.

The worst place ever to go $20 to get in no one was there they don't even serve food it was horrible the music is horrible only good thing I can say is that they have ac then I leave the club and someone broke in my car everything in the car gone I would never recommend this place to anybody it is boring as hell please don't reconsider this location to have fun cause ubwant. 😐😠😡😩

They will make you pay $25 for ,a 20 minute hookah if you want to lounge. But if you just want a drink & there are no seats you'll have to stand or sit at bar stools away from the dance floor. So be prepared for that.👎

Pretty nice place to unwind with your friends. My only dislike is that you have to pay for valet parking. There's no way around. Besides that it was cool.
