I ordered a baby carrier (the Ergobaby 360 Cool Air) in Spring, 2016-- I had done a lot of research and wanted the carrier before our daughter was born. At that time, Happy Mango offered the best price and as they had good reviews I ordered from them-- in hindsight, this was a great decision . When the new-to-the-market carrier was backordered, Happy Mango kept me updated, gave me the option of cancelling/changing the order, etc.-- this delay was no big deal as I was just trying to get it before baby arrived, but I was very pleased with the level of service (this is the good part). When it arrived, we didn't use it for six months because our baby was too small and we hadn't purchased the infant insert. When we did, the 360 Cool Air quickly became our favorite carrier and we used it daily from December 2016 on. Now for the AMAZING service: in July, 2017, our now out-of-warranty carrier broke a button a few days before we were scheduled to take a trip (we had no backup carriers because by now we loved the 360 so much that we had gotten rid of everything else!). I desperately emailed both Ergobaby and Happy Mango in an attempt to see if we could get a replacement-- even though I knew it was out of warranty, I was hoping that this apparent manufacturing flaw would enable someone to do something for us. Both Ergo and Happy Mango responded rapidly, offering to replace the carrier-- Happy Mango even offered to ship it priority so that we would have it at our destination!! I ended up following up with Ergobaby instead (also great service) because I did see it as a manufacturing defect, but was so grateful to Happy Mango for their fabulous customer service. I would definitely buy from them again and I'd encourage anyone else to do the same-- I can't recommend them highly enough!

What a delightful boutique! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, awesome eco friendly baby products and much needed gifts for mom! Would absolutely recommend to any and all expectant, new and veteran moms.
