Georgia Tech Parking and Transportation is the absolute worst. They administer tickets with no purpose other than the fact that they want to make money off their students (who have hardly any money to give in the first place). When I called to see the state of an appeal, the lady was rude and told me that it was a "privilege" to get a call before they tow your car. Something that costs students $155. I would not recommend purchasing a parking permit unless absolutely necessary.

Gave the wrong sticker, told me the wrong way to access parking lot, gave the wrong permit. Resulted in Four days without parking, and they didn't realize they gave the wrong permit after four days, which they only need to check the number on the permit. Attitude is non-apologetic. Would rate zero star.

I wish I could give zero stars. Georgia Tech Parking and Transportation is the most corrupt and worst establishment at Georgia Tech. The only thing this institution shows is greed. They changed the parking rules mid year and give tickets for parking in zones that are clearly stated as permissible as per their website. When tickets are rightfully contested and proper documentation is provided, GT Parking and Transportation refuses to acknowledge their mistake and drop the ticket. When you ask to speak to their boss, they reply "we have no boss". I literally hate GT Parking and Transportation with everything inside of me. The people that work there make Georgia Tech as an institution look bad. One day, after I graduate and have a lot of money, I will hire a very expensive attorney to go after and DEMOLISH GT Parking and Transportation. Just because I can.

They are the absolute worst. The buses never seem to run on schedule. Don't waste your time calling customer service either. These supervisors/reps have the worst attitudes and so do most of their drivers. I called to complain about a rude stingerette driver and instead of the supervisor letting me explain the situation, she became irate and started a screaming match with me on the phone. I don't know who hired these people, but they obviously don't care about the people here or take their jobs seriously.

They increase the parking fee every year.$800 parking fee is not affordable by most of the PhD students study in Tech. However, the quality of the parking service is far from satisfactory. In the weekends, you cannot park your car even in your home department, simply because they are having a soccer game. You need to move your car out of the lot, even 24 hours before the game. Money, money, money, that's what they are demanding from the poor students.
