Trying to get a Follow up call or in touch with my physician here was like pulling teeth. It's already impersonal enough to have to message the office through a website or app they prefer you use. I've sent two messages to my Dr and haven't received a reply back for more than a week. The one reply I did receive was from a nurse. I just don't think this is how you should treat patients at all. I know it's a big office and they may get lots of clients, but each one is important and should feel valued.

DO NOT USE GO USE this group! I've had nothing but horrible experiences from them. They always make you wait at least 45-1 hr past your scheduled appointment. They are slow at processing bills and do not reach out to contact you. I've updated my contact information with them numerous times, yet I still never find out I owe anything until I hear from their collections office. They are not friendly and incompetent. I definitely advise against using this. Oh and to make it even worse, you have to pay for parking, they don't validate!
