Monique at the front desk is The Bomb! Valet are fast and extremely helpful. Complementary breakfast is very good. Beds are the most comfortable. Best place to stay in Atlanta Downtown

Rooms are nice and have a very modern feel to the decor. Location is good for grabbing a quick bite to eat on fooot. Parking is a bit tricky if you don't opt for the valet service.

Pros:
1. Convenient location. Close to Atlanta Aquarium, Coca-Cola museum, Olympic game park.
2. Modern and stylish interior design.
3. Tasty breakfast.
Cons:
1. Lack of communication - sent email with question, never heard back.
2. 4+ hours check-in delay.
3. Lack of restaurant service:
- 10 minutes of waiting time for waitress, when I've got a menu and my family spent sometime to choose what we want, I had to go to waitress (no one came to us to serve), and the same waitress said that it was wrong menu, and I have to use different one...
4. My family had a breakfast there, paid for the meal, and we were on our way out when waitress man rushed to us and grabbed my wife's hand with a question how we paid.

This solid hotel is better suited for vacationers than business travelers. Rooms are well sized, clean and well maintained. Getting up to the rooms is a little confusing, as you need to take two separate elevator banks. Room service ends at 9:00pm, however there is a self serve pantry in the lobby that has snacks and drinks. There are no bottles of water in the rooms, but there is coffee. Well located in Downtown near many businesses and restaurants.

Might be the worst service I've ever had... Delayed check-in (like hours after arrived) with no excuse or explanation. My room, whiled cleaned, was pretty much left in the same condition as I left it. The complementary shampoo bottle was replaced, but not without leaving the empty one in plain sight. I haphazardly made my bed before leaving... I guess that was enough for them when they cleaned. The iron in the room had something on it and it ruined my shirt.... I informed the front desk of the problem, but didn't make an issue, although I did request another iron, which took an hour and two calls to get. On a positive note, the hotel is really fashionable and trendy. Good location, etc. There are way too many fantastic hotels in the area for a hotel to be running so ineffectively.... I won't be staying there again.
