If you are unfortunate enough to get hit by one of their clients, I advise you to get an attorney. Even though the police report clearly states that their client admitted to hitting my parked vehicle, their adjuster says they don't have to cover the damages because of some statement their client made. I can't wait for them to explain this to the judge.

This insurance company must be some type of scam.A taxi driver struck my vehicle and I was told by Toby Frazier that an adjuster would be out to look at my vehicle within 3 business days, which did not occur. I was told by a good friend to issue a complaint through the Georgia Fire and Insurance Commissioner to file a complaint. This is a business that should not be in operation.

This company is the worse, so i advise all of GA not to ever get hit by a cab/limo driver since that's whom they insure. PLEASE READ.
TOBY FRAZIER is very rude and has a short temper on small questions asked by clients.
MAERON TERREFE never answers her phone, they never get a check out on time.
LULI also never answers only sometimes.
Honestly the only one who does her work and is very nice is the Cuban young lady.
and they have no online payment, they mail every document like we are in 2016 keep up.

This company has to be the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I was hit by one of their policy holders and he was cited. We went through all the accident stuff with the police to make a long story short I got the police report and filed my claim w/ them they said they would have to get in touch with the policy holder which was fine I know that's typical. The thing was is when I called the claims person Maeron hung up on me! I ended up filing the claim under my insurance and my insurance had to file arbitration because they denied my claim stating that I caused their policy holder to hit me causing the accident but he was cited I was not. This happen in May of this year and still going on
