I've had nothing but positive and empowering experiences at this health center. My care team is Erica, Sharon, and Jennifer. All three are wonderful people. I've never felt as comfortable with any other physicians. They take the time to listen and know my concerns thoroughly and their communication with me on anything I need to know about has been superb. They are always, always on the ball, on point, in the zone, etc. Where other physicians and offices constantly flub stuff up or forget to send one of your prescriptions or doesn't file something with the insurance correctly... I can't commend the people here enough.

Everyone's premiums went up this year. It wasn't just Harken. I know because everyone in my family seems to be on a different insurance and we were all complaining. I'm happy that with Harken I can communicate and visit with the people at this center as much as I want. I can receive vaccines and attend sessions at this center as much as I want. The deductible is just as incredibly high as the premium... but I feel like I'm getting what I'm paying for.

If you get this insurance you need to make use of it to get your money's worth. It has definitely been worth it from me. I have seen a gradual, but palpable improvement in my life since I started with them.

Harken Health is the FUC***** worst!!!! premium went up without any notice when I called the customer services dept I was told that there was no manager on staff to help clear up this change. harken health is a scam...
