I went there with a very special person and we really enjoyed ourselves. We were actually on our way to another bar when we stumbled upon this one. It was a great atmosphere with great drinks.
The only con is that you'd have to get there early to get a table.

Best tiki drinks in town. Located below Victory, entrance is in the alley. Seating is a little limited so go early or be prepared to wait.

Cool little tiki spot. Especially enjoyed walking through the entrance which was lined with torches and flora.

Great atmosphere, great cocktails! If you can afford to make it to SOS (and are hip enough to find it), you'll be glad you stopped by. Excellent service and product knowledge will keep you coming back.

The cocktails are top notch and definitely have a nice kick to them. The decor is imitation 60-70s beach bar and it's awesome. Food choices are wide ranging and have a ton of flavor. I would say this is a great spot to kick off an afternoon in downtown Decatur by grabbing a cocktail or two and a snack.
