It's a well done modern, environmentally conscious park in an up and coming neighborhood, where providing the youth with somewhere free and fun to hang out pays dividends.

Really a nice park didn't even know it was there had a great time swinging on the swings and letting kids be kids

Beautiful sprayground /slash pad in potentially dangerous neighborhood. Police raid taking place directly across the street last time I went. Also, to conserve water, it turns off. You have to press a red button in the floor in the center of the splashpad. These instructions are not obvious.
