If you are looking for a lawn service, this site is easy to use and set up. Get several quotes from multiple sources and check out their reviews, then pick the right one for your needs. They also have a great live chat that can be accessed easily!

Great service. Takes the hassle out of finding a landscaper for your property. They give you several companies to choose from and you set when they come based on your schedule. No money exchanges hands. Your card is on file through the app and is automatically deducted. Just like Uber.

I received 5 bids on cutting my yard. The lawn service was on time, quick, and very professional. The price was right.

I was charged for services I didn't schedule or ask for. To make sure the contractor wouldn't do work at my residence I emailed him and explained to him that work was being done on my lawn so there was nothing to cut, I wasn't home and he came anyway. I was charged of course for him to cut dirt, my card had been stolen so I spoke to someone and advised as soon as my new card came in the mail I would give them my new account info but kept pushing through charges almost everyday. They didn't even apologize or showed and remorse. And the sad thing is I was still willing to keep their services if they'd showed some decorum or customer service skills.

When GreenPal works, it works, but the moment something goes south, you may as well look elsewhere. My GreenPal went out of business, so I was defaulted to someone else at the same rate, fine. Turns out he doesn't service my area. When I used the chat function for help (there's no number), I told them what was going on, and provided them with the text of a message I'd been sent saying that if my current service isn't working out, they'll find someone else at the same rate. Customer service said that wasn't going to work, that the message was from a few months ago. I asked what she could do to help, and she sent me the same stock verbiage about looking for new quotes (all of which were 190% of my original rate). She expressed no concern over this, not even so much as an I'm sorry, but simply "It's a mess trying to match rates." That was her response, verbatim. I will never use this service again.
