Beautiful place that really helps students and faculty/staff get back to nature without distractions. Good place for taking strolls, walks and meditations.

This park was very difficult to find. The GPS initially took us to a Veterans hospital. I had to get on Yelp for tips on where to park and locate the entrance.

But after a long frustrating 15 mins, the park was well worth it. This is definitely a hidden gem in Atlanta! Great for photo shoots!

This is a slightly hidden gem off of Clifton road, right next to the Emory campus. The preserve is huge and perfect for jogging, walking, or simply relaxing. You can forget you are in a city in this place.

A fairly well-maintained path for walking and trail running. Features include a small waterfall, large pond, suspension bridge, and some older dam buildings.

PROS - Quiet and clean, a nice place for an easy walk.

CONS - A fair amount of graffiti, especially on signage and stone walls.
