I walked in and waited at the register for at least 30 seconds until Leroy diverted his eyes from his cell phone long enough to even notice me. He then felt like it was appropriate to blame his "group message" as an excuse as to why he wasn't able to notice my presence in the shop. I was the only customer and he was the only visible employee at the time. After I placed my order he explained to me that "he will be out shortly to make your sandwich." After a few minutes another employee presented himself and proceeded to assemble my sandwhich all the while Leroy still found it was appropriate to resume his original state with his face in his phone. Way to live up to your "Freaky Fast" moto!!

Didn't receive my delivery order, I was told that the driver tried but I didn't answer the door. Not true and I didn't receive a phone call. The woman I spoke to was aloof and didn't offer an apology. Lame.

The food here is generally good and can be prepared in a variety of ways including subs, lettuce wrap sandwiches, etc. Ordering food online is easy and delivery is quick.

So, the roast beef and cheese in my sandwich were no good, huh? Yet they were still willing to let me walk out the door with it. Don't ask me. Ask the staff who were loudly talking about this after I had placed the order and the sandwich was being made. They think they're funny. They think they're cute. Well, you've lost me. No matter how tasty the sandwich might be, poor service trumps it all (and this was not the first bad experience). Last straw. I won't be back.
