I had horrible service.... she took our order down wrong.... she brought out the wrong food.... she gave us hot water with Ice after waiting for a long time. And when I say something to the manager he acted like everything was OK. Not cool the Paying customer should at least be Satisfy

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly at all times. The beds are comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised by the Nespresso coffee! I absolutely love this coffee. I have 3 different machines myself and was so glad to see a hotel providing good quality coffee.
The lounge was exceptional, however, the entrance aroma of the flowers was the best feature for me. Before I entered the lobby I could smell the flowers each and every time I walked back in or out of the hotel.

I never got the chance to eat here because when I called in my to go order the guy was really rude with me on the phone and I didn't want to deal with the service not only that he didn't really know what he was talking about anyways.
Should've thought to get his name but oh well.
This is Atlanta so I'm sure there's way better choices than a local corner diner anyway

If I could I would rate it lower than an one star. Service is extremely slow, they don't give your order first come first serve which is hard to believe because as a restaurant that is not industry standard. Do not support this business as they use excesses of being a local business however they do not know know to run a mom and pop shop.. aka customer care not loyalty is not conducted there. In downtown their are way more better choices jay offer a better standard of hospitality.

Very nice spot located in the heart of the convention areas of Atlanta downtown! The food was okay, not really that memorable. However my waiter, Reggie was spectacular! We went back 3 of the 4 days we were in town due mainly to his service and great attitude. If you plan on visiting ask to be seated in his area, you won't be disappointed!
