Update. Stopped by again for one last shot. New bartender(again). He wanted to talk, asked me 20 questions, and was rude when I wanted to leave.
Done. Never again. Hope the next owner does a better job.

Every time I stopped previously you were either out of draft or "the refrigerator is broken". You have had a dozen bartenders within a year. You removed all character from this bar.

This place has tragically gone through multiple owners. A shame. It really isn't rocket science. It's EAV.
1. Don't try to be pretty
2. Have draft and local craft beers
3. Don't micromanage your bar and bartenders
4. Have attentive bartenders, if you do the above, they'll make good tip and your bar will survive
