Place is dismal. The staff is nice and despite what you may read the place is clean. The clientele is woeful. EVERYBODY was just circling around the whole place acting uninterested. Whites and Blacks, good looking men and average looking, young and older, heavy men and slim men. No energy. For a place with such good looking men they were just sitting around waiting for some prince to come in so they could just look at him. Will never go back

If i could I'd give it a minus the people who are staffed are rude, the place was dirty smelled like mold. Most say oh it's because it's old that is no excuse if it was cleaned better I even felt and saw roaches in the steam room when I asked a staff he said they come from outside it's not their fault, like really they wouldn't come if you cleaned using real cleaner not just water.

It is what it is and will be until its torn down for another stack of trailers in the sky. I am not a fan of the place and never have been. It's dirty... Stinky... Just as you would expect. You can only clean up so much in a place like that and expect it to ever not reek of urine. Now if you don't care about that let's talk about the real problems. First if all it's in a very dead section of midtown and your safely is literally in your hands. The idiot staff will storm through the parking lot if they see you sitting in your car but pay no attention to the homeless and rift raff that lurk on the shadows by foot. Do not take anything... Even in your car, that you don't won't stolen. Don't take anything into Flex that you don't won't stolen. This is Atlanta and not really a Flex specific issue but theft is Atlantas dirty sin. Black white red yellow you never know who will steal from you so if you can stand the smell and the creepy people you meet in any bath house. Then go for it. Some people love the place. To each his on.

Never had a bad experience. Come here every now and then. Sometimes busy sometimes not.
