If you guys are going to be closed on a holiday your website says most locations are opened on, you could at least change the message that says your open normal business hours and to try calling again later.

I arrived 15 minutes early as suggested for new clients. The therapist was 25 minutes late.Total wait: 40 minutes. I was so irritated, I refused the massage. Front-desk folks never informed me; I had to approach them. They weakly offered a free 30 minutes for "next time." There will be no next time.

Called today to speak to someone about a couples massage for me and my wife. We are having a date day and will be in the downtown area. The lady that answered the phone was very dry to say the least. She acted as if it pained her to answer every question I asked. She answered every question with one or two words and did not assist me much at all. I refuse to spend my money anywhere where I don't feel wanted. I booked somewhere else.

I've been a member for almost six years. Every time I have to go to this location it is trying. Although the therapist are acceptable (I've had my struggles there too) for the most part, the customer service at the front desk leaves a lot to be desired. I've had appointments that were confirmed on the phone mysteriously canceled or never booked. I've been hung up on a few times as well. In general the staff is pretty rude and unconcerned with customer needs. Highly encourage you to look into the buckhead location. Eli is great!
