The young student that works the desk is horribly rude and threatened to call cops on me because I was filling out a form for my girlfriend who has dyslexia, although we have both been there several times before, I however have been going there for about two years. When I explained to her my girlfriends situation she got an attitude and threatened to call the police on me. Please do not go to this establishment, that allows this type of treatment to their loyal customers.

ABRY apparently don't know how to do refunds. Also they tell u stories about "yes sure we will/and can cancel ur membership, and i ensure u won't get charged" Which is a GREAT BIG STORY, cuz they charged me any freaking way. I still haven't seen my money talking about i don't know how long it will take. Better believe now my lawyer is involved.

It disappoints me to have to review so harshly but this place is deserving. To start, Angel the receptionist is very impersonable and was completely rude when I called to follow up about me canelling my membership. I called multiple times to have my account cancelled and was told the manager would be in touch but never contacted me and it's been over a month paying for services I have not been receiving. The beds are terrible. I noticed no noticeable change in color. I know a girl who used to work here and she said they rarely change bulbs. If you are looking for a quality place to tan with friendly staff there are plenty of other places. I like most of the employees but Angel has ruined my experience with planet beach and I will never give them business again.

Everyhthing about planet beach is great. I honestly couldn't of found a better place after moving to the city.. I have problematic skin and the spa services have helped so much.

Really great experience. Staff is always super friendly and efficient. Beds are great. And low traffic in the late evening means I'm in and out in no time.
