Claudia is amazing.... she will be the only one that I ever allow to do my eye brows anyone else is prone to mess up trust me I have experience it personally and was ready to never come back to the shop but thanks to her, my mind changed. so if you want your eye brows waxed right ASK FOR CLAUDIA.

I have been coming here for almost two years and have always received good service and great nails. Daniel does the best acrylic full sets and Jackie always does an amazing pedicure. Go check them out!

Giving this place a 5 star mostly because they took me in on a short notice in the morning, staff was friendly, establishment is clean, and I love my nails!!!
I called in the morning after reading a couple of reviews. They had an opening at 10am! Got there a little late because I parked on the street first but they have the parking area. They did my nails. They did an awesome job and were really meticulous with their work. My nails feel really light. Definitely will be coming back (:

I have been a loyal customer of this nail salon for almost 7 years, on and off. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is nice, and the employees usually do an incredible job. The same 3 or 4 employees have always been there for as long as I have been using this salon. I went in for my monthly pedicure and gel polish change/manicure. I did not recognize the girl assigned to do my manicure. She started to remove the polish and immediately started filing my nails with the coarsest file I have ever seen. She was not careful and was filing the skin around my nails over and over again. Instead of leaving the foil and cotton soaked in alcohol on for the necessary amount of time, she left them on for just a minute and then spent 30 minutes trying to file the gel off. This destroyed what was left of my nail due to all the filing, and literally made my skin around the nail bleed. I eventually had to stop her and tell her that I just needed to leave. I tried speaking to one of the girls I recognized about the situation and she offered to fix it for me the following day, for which I was not available. This was all that she would offer. I asked to speak to the manager and he was extremely rude and told me that he would fix it right now, but that was all he could do. I expressed how I did not want anything else done to them at the moment since the skin was already so sore and painful. He brushed me off and told me there was nothing he could do. I went to dinner, ate in extreme pain trying to keep anything from touching my fingers and decided to go back and have another conversation with the manager. This time he was even ruder and acted like he wasn't even listening to me while he was doing something on the computer. I expressed how I was a loyal customer and that this was very poor customer service. He again was rude and told me there was nothing he could do. This is has been an absolutely terrible experience and the lack of customer service was astounding. I do not blame the technician as she may be new or just not know any better, but for the management to completely ignore a loyal customer that has never caused any problem, rather than addressing the issue makes it clear that this is not a respectable establishment. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this salon ever again.
