Horrid. Was 1 minute late to class and they wouldn't let me in. Don't waste your time or money with this inconsiderate place. Plenty of better studios that value their customers.

Great value considering the expertise of the instructors and availability of classes! Been driving 30+ minutes 2x week to attend classes there for over a year, best I can find for a great combo of knowledge, value while still enjoying/challenged by classes. I do agree with the previous reviewer it would be nice for classes to roll over, but I feel still worth it. If you are not able to makes classes on time, this is not the place for you. I very much appreciate that classes are closed on time and start promptly, all classes are very closely instructed.

Rome did a great job for an deep pressure full body massage. He included stretching as well. Will be back.

This studio is beyond pompous. Seriously a one minute grace period? What is even the point??? People don't drive all the way to this studio in the middle of traffic in the city to be turned away for being 3minutes late. You should really think about being a little less rigid, or is it that you don't care about people who don't live within walking distance of the center of the universe which is ponce city market and the beltline. You can honestly have your classes, I won't be back and I'm sure you could care less.

Well, I will say this about you, Urban Bodies--you sure did get my adrenaline pumping.
I have a three-month-old and a full-time job. Time is a precious commodity. So is being in shape at this stage of my life. I have searched long and hard to find a Pilates studio that might be a good fit and Urban Bodies seems like it might be exactly what I have been seeking. I was thrilled to see the offering free community class on Tuesday mornings. This week I figured out how to arrange the whole week to be there. I drove 40 minutes through rush-hour traffic to what I thought was the location and sat in the parking lot for a bit, as I was still early. When I went in, I learned it was at their other location, about a mile down the road. I got there at 9:33 for a 9:30 start time. I was told I could not go in.
I explained a little bit about my situation, and the guy said he would check with the instructor, but came back quickly and told me the class had already started and they had a no latecomers policy- and made sure I knew- he didn't make it, just enforces it.
Urban bodies, of right now, you've lost a potential long-term, loyal customer. I'm all for enforcing start times, but maybe a five-minute grace period for a new mom on her first visit to a free community class? Why not do what my older son's karate studio does, and have me do extra push-ups before I can join in? I would've been fine with that.
