Couldn't get a response back regarding reservations. I got a response initially via email asking me questions then they just left me hanging after I tried to make reservations. I tried calling and could never reach anyone. Only an automated system. This messed up my plans big time.

The staff are friendly, the facilities are very clean, there is a vet clinic on the premises. .. and best of all my dog loves going to the Bark.

I've been taking my dog here for months now and he loves it. I've never boarded overnight with them, but I leave my dog here for daycare at least once a week. Every time we walk in he gets excited to see the staff, so I know they treat him well. He gets playtime with other dogs as well as several walks a day, which means he comes home tired and ready to sleep. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. It doesn't hurt that they are also the most affordable daycare option in the area.

Since they are connected to the Ark animal hospital they can also help you out with immunizations if needed. I've also used their grooming service twice and have been very satisfied.
