This place is great!! The staff is so friendly, and they truly care about both you and your pet. I am a dog sitter and one of the dogs I'm watching got her nail stuck on her eyelid, and they were so helpful and relieved the stress I had on my way here. Highly recommend!

I called tonight after my normal vet hours with a question about medication for my dog. The vet tech, Jeremy, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great service. Thank you!

The best ER docs and surgeons in this area. Caring staff means a lot too especially when your fur child isn't well. Dr Stacy Stacy, their medical director, is the best ever. We love and trust her with all 8 of our precious babies. Grateful that they are so close to our home!

Very disappointed in the service I received. You shouldn't "guarantee" someone anything that your not 100% sure you can produce. I spent $590 in 3 hours to be told you should take your pet elsewhere. I understand profits and running a business, but no one seemed to care is what really bothers me. You would think the staff would be more passionate about the pets here. The prices were inconsistent throughout the whole visit, but I agreed every time they changed, hoping to get results. Never got any. I'm not sure if it's just me and my pet, but they seemed more concerned with making a profit than saving a life..... Our furry family members deserve better.

I've had dogs my entire life and I must say they are the most professional, caring and patient veterinarian establishment I've ever been too. They really take their time and are very personable. I've moved to South Atlanta but I will be driving back to Decatur to make sure my senior doggy is under their care!
