I am so disgusted with this place. Every time my son has an appointment he has to wait over 2 hours. The Doctors are rude and don’t even tell us what they are doing before they touch him. They have roaches and mice and that is bad for anyone’s health. The manager walks around with her nose up and she’s rude whenever you mention an issue. They keep calling and texting his phone for the same appointments and my son’s teeth always get worse after treatment. Me and my son hate this place and we don’t recommend anyone go here.

If i could rate this place a zero I would. Firstly, they are very unprofessional and quite "ghetto". They continuously rescheduled my appointment and when it was finally time for my appointment they canceled on me because the hygienist would not be available. I am beyond upset and would encourage any person who can afford to go to a DECENT place to do so. Do not waste your time and money at this office.

My experiences at this place are splendid! I took my relative who cannot speak English well and they tried their best to help me with such patience, and on top of it, everyone always have a big smile on their faces!
I ran into some difficulties and one of their staffs Nannette was so clever and thought of a way to help me out! I just could not thank her enough. I recommend this place to anyone! I have many other people to thank but I haven't gotten their permission so I will only mention their initials here, thank you Dr. J, and M, S, R , W and A.....thank you so much!

Wait times are definitely way too long . That is why I give them 3 stars . However they are excellent with my kiddos . I have never had an issue with a Dr. or Nurse . They make sure they are very informative as to what they are doing and why . My kids actually love going here . ( My kiddos are 16 , 11 & 4 )
