Stay away from this dump. It's infested with "Real Estate Professionals" from Pru-Fox, which is right across the street. You want to know the types of realtors this Pru-Fox/Trident cuts loose on the public? Well, check out Pru-Fox's Mark Arbeit. You're going to trust this guy? Before you do, read in The Washington Post archives for June 20, 25 and 26, 1987 why the State of Virginia won't trust him-- at least to be around little boys! Nice, huh? Or how 'bout Lou Solomon, also from across the street. This guy sports a gnarly, year-'round tan, lets prospective buyers know his sellers' bottom lines, puts in MLS descriptions for his listings information he later laughingly admits is false, and represents convicted criminals. Real gem of a guy! Listen-- these two jokers teamed up with a dumpy, mini-Madoff mortgage broker to stick me with the broker's house over a leaking underground oil tank. Deal with Trident/Pru-Fox and you'll wind up in a similar situation!
