This Nathan's still has the Arthur Treacher's Fish and Chips. I just ate there and if that is what you are ordering... Let's just say it tastes nothing like the old Arthur Treacher's. My wife and I were the only customers in the business at this time. The reason I am giving this establishment a single star is the cleanliness. After ordering the cashier placed the credit card receipt on the counter to be signed. After signing I couldn't lift the receipt back up off the counter. It was stuck. I had to use the tip of the pen to pry up an edge of the receipt and then I peeled it off the counter just like you would pull tape off of a box. It actually made a sticking sound as I gradually pulled it off. A few minutes later the cook brought over the fish dinner and the cashier told him that the extra third piece of fish I ordered was not on the plate. He then brought another piece of fish over and put it onto the plate but it fell off onto the counter. The clerk started to pick it up and put it back on to the plate but looked over and saw me looking at her and then threw it away. They then had to make another piece of fish. He immediately got another piece of fish. That piece of fish was cold and so hard I thought I broke a tooth. It must have been laying there for quite some time. The original two pieces were fresh and hot. There was trash on the floor and out of the six employees I saw working there, only one was actually doing anything. The rest were just looking at their phones. I have eaten here several times over the last four years and it has been pretty good but I officially will never go here again.

The staff had no clue what they were doing. 2pm on a Sunday and it was dead so there was no excuse for poor service. After ordering we can to review it with them 4 times before we got the right food.

Was quiet delicious to me. Too bad that the place looked quiet dirty. Probably some better places around to grab some food.

Worst Nathan's I ever experienced. I.was.lookimg forward to getting some Nathan's but the fries looked like they were sitting out all day, the hotdogs were hard and the customer service was ridiculous. Never again
