They've upgraded the theater! Online payments, QR codes to scan, a bar (which I'm not too find of), reserved seating! It's nice. They have sensory friendly showings too. Lowered volume and not-so-dark lighting. Autism friendly. Keep up the good work!

Looks like the theater needed to have the seats refurbished. The head rests were cracked and split. The sound was really good and better than expected. We didn't have time to check out the imax side. I really wish we had time to check it out.

Remembering why I absolutely hate Regal Cinemas Augusta Exchange 20 & IMAX when you are made to print something and don’t have a printer, get told that you will be taken care of and the manger is even a Jerk and says I have to print it..... HOW?! I just told you I couldn’t print it! And the person that can print it will have a screen shot of what I’m showing you. How does that make sense?! Y’all need to get better managers that care about customer service.

I had switched from Regal to GTC because the latter had comfy, reclinable seats and a bar, but guess what? Regal now has all those things too. Plus, yesterday I got tickets for the 8.15pm showing of Happy Death Day, and they made a mistake, giving me an earlier showing ticket. I showed up at 8.15pm and someone was sitting at my seats. Not only their manager at the time found me a new seat, he also gave me a pass for the inconvenience. They are great at making you feel the most comfortable. Great experience. And their rewards program is the bomb.

Slow slow slow. 20 minutes in the ticket line, 25 minutes to get nachos. It definitely takes away from the movie experience.
Update: Since I've been coming here regularly I need to update. Great rewards program, great recliners, waits depend on what time you go.
