A dear friend, Dr. Carl Langlois, loved Dr. Charley Williams and spoke of him glowingly, lovingly, and respectfully for years. I found him very nice and cordial. The rating is for the man, not his staff at his dentist office. His staff was one of the worst staffs I ever saw. They gossiped and backbit and even spoke against Dr. Williams, but Dr. Williams was a great man and a great dentist, and was exactly how Dr. Langlois recommended him.

I must say is Dr. Williams is such a WONDERFUL person. I called in to him with such small hope that i could get my teeth worked on. I barely had any money with NO INSURANCE & he helped me out SO much. He has a payment program where you can make a payment with any amount you chose for each month until it's paid off. & unlike other dentist that charge you just for looking at you he doesn't. if he doesn't work on you he doesn't charge you. & i have YET to meet a dentist that does this...& i am/was so thankful for him. i HIGHLY recommended him to anyone & everyone. I could thank him a million times. he truly is a blessing.

I was referred to this Dentist from a co worker who had some work done 9 years ago. I just moved to the area and went to a family member's gen dentist who did xrays and determined that my tooth needed to be removed. went to Dr Williams b/c he was available the next day. He refused to take the tooth out and wanted to do a root canal, crown and follow up appts. The office did not appear clean, the dentist didnt wear gloves or wash his hands and had a cold sore on his lip. I got up and left without having any work done. Had no regard for what the other doctor nor what I wanted.
