If you are in the Augusta or surrounding CSRA area and considering orthodontic treatment, I highly recommend Trotter Orthodontics. And here is why---

The staff is highly competent, both in technical skill and customer service. Drs. Barrett and Paul Trotter work together to create and implement effective treatment plans for their all patients, and this was definitely my experience. My transformation speaks for itself; I came as an adult with severe crowding and several other issues with my bite and left with a wonderful, aesthetic smile.

It's the little things the staff at Trotter Orthodontics get right that make for an amazing customer experience. It is clear the folks at Trotter care about the well-being of people. Both orthodontists called me personally the night after my braces band appointment to see how I was adjusting and to provide encouraging words commencing orthodontic treatment. Talk about going beyond the call of duty for your patients! Offices are clean and appointments are punctual and efficient. The orthodontic technicians are experienced, gentle, and friendly; they genuinely want to know you, not just your teeth! The front office staff is amazing at handling scheduling conflicts and work in concert with the doctors to handle orthodontic emergencies. Adding all these elements together made for a smooth, wonderful experience for me!

So I will say this once more; if you are considering orthodontic treatment (especially if your an adult like me), I encourage you to accept the free, complementary consultation offered by Trotter Orthodontics. I am so glad I did; it literally changed my life😀.

I first visited Trotter Orthodontist in 2015 to inquire about braces. I found them to be knowledgeable and courteous. I chose to have Dr. Trotter put my braces on and was completely satisfied with their services and the results. Both doctors are friendly, caring, and competent. The staff is superior. I almost hated to have the braces taken off because I knew I would not be seeing as much of them as I had in the past!

After 3 prior consults, when I met with Trotter Orthodontics I knew I had found my orthodontic team. From the minute you walk in the door to the time you leave every team member you encounter is helpful, friendly, encouraging, professional and truly care about you. After evaluating that Invisalign was my best option, Dr. Barrett, Paul and their team got started making it happen and I agreed to follow their instructions. Ten months after starting, I am finished early and have beautifully, straight, perfect teeth. Let me back up just a bit and tell you that my bottom teeth were so messed up that one tooth was pushed so far back that the two teeth in front of it were almost touching!! So getting the results I did, in the time frame I did, was amazing to me and no extractions were needed!! Also, as an adult needing orthodontic care, I appreciated being treated like one vs. a child like I was at a few of the other consults. I highly recommend Trotter Orthodontics for your orthodontic needs. I have and will continue to "SMILE" their praises. Thank you Trotter Orthodontics for returning my beautiful smile.
