This place can be terrible. It honestly makes no sense to be up here 2 hours and haven't even been hooked up to a machine. I used to come out here frequently years ago but I remembered exactly why I chose to go to another plasma center . I understand being behind and under staffed but this is an everytime situation. They say u need to eat within 4 hours by the time they actually get to you 4 hours has came and passed. I was up there at 830 today and didn't leave til almost 11.

Boyyyyy loook.. I called this place three days straight and they act like they can't answer a phone.. Then I go up there waiting a whole ass hour just to tell me I have to re sign up... Wellll if you would have picked up the phone today, yesterday, and last week then I could've known that...

Every single time I try to call no matter what number I press I always end up getting a recording again and this is over the course of 3 weeks trying to get ahold of someone.

The people here don't smile much, but they DO TAKE THEIR PATIENTS' WELLBEING SERIOUSLY. They are professional and concerned about the health of their clients! Nice...

It takes time 2 to 3 hrs. Juuuust relax...
