The staff are overall friendly, nice, and professional. No complaints over the exam process. I came in with out an appointment and was seen in a timely manor even on the holiday. The next part of the experience is where it got aggravating. When I came in to the main portion of the store the woman who offered help without asking my wife and I to hold kept going off to help customers coming in after us. We found my glasses on our own. Then when I brought my glasses to the assioate she was still having to pass other customer info to another rep behind us because while working with us she started to work on another customer who she then had to pass off because we were ready about the same time. This caused extra delays and almost caused my wife to be late to work.

Dr Miguel Bosch is simply the best. Professional, informative, engaging and one of the nicest people I have ever met. But do not trust me, go see for yourself!

Dr. Bosch is knowledgeable and takes time to educate his patients about their eyes. He's been my doctor for years! He's one of the best!

Dr. Bosch was careful and attentive and, after the exam, answered my additional questions about eye care thoroughly. He even diagnosed a skin infection under my eye and gave me a prescription for a medicinal cream that fixed a longstanding skin problem. Great experience overall.
