This place has the worst customer service experience ever!! Receptionist at front desk was very rude, loudly speaks your information across the Desk which I feel is very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to go here. Did not get to see Staff in back due to receptionist what So unProfessional I just left and went to another urgent M.D.

This the worst place in the world I told that dr I was breaking out all over my body and he said it was a bed bug bite take a Benadryl for the itch like I'm clearly breaking out and I paid a copay and was in there two seconds and I had to go the er where I was prescribed anabiotic's just in case it was and infection and steroid cream for the outside

Bring my teenage sons here instead of er for minor issues and have had awesome care. Would recommend

Worst doctor ever!!!! Brought my daughter in, I told them she does not have normal symptoms for strep throat, and that she needed to be tested. No, told it was just sinuses. Guess what?!?!? I took her to another doctor and she had STREP THROAT!!!! Stupid Doctor needs to listen to what parents are telling them!! I know my daughter a lot better!!!

We called and informed them I was having chest pains, and needed them to determine if it was a heart issue. They told us to come in, that they could see us. We had to wait for some time to see the doctor - while having a potential heart issue.

After finally being seen and waiting in the room, the doctor came in to inform us they did not have the equipment to help us, and that we needed to go to the ER, that they could help.

We had to pay up front - $125 to see the "doctor". Knowing what the issue was when we called, they still charged us, just to send us elsewhere. We paid them for nothing.

While there, the doctor even stated that a lot of people come there trying to save money, and are directed to the ER. This place must make a killing off of what I feel is ripping people off.
