Not even 1 star if I'm honest. I had both my children here because of my OBGYN, who I loved. The first time in 2008, my nurse tried to convince me that my baby moved positions, and I would have to have a C-section. Well, I was in the hospital with contractions passing 15 hours. I was almost all the way dilated and this woman came in my room about to prep me for a c-section. Nope! My doctor came in and used the ultra sound, he was fine. I had him naturally less than 2 hours later.
Ladies, in 2014 I had my second. After having contractions all day I went to the hospital. They told me to walk around for 2 hours. Well, I left the floor because I was never told not to. Two hours later I come back and they told me because I left I had to start all over. I was in a lot of pain and quite frankly could not believe it. So I left. I went home and when my contractions got to 5 minutes instead of the 8 and went back. My water broke as I was walking into the hospital. It took over 10 minutes to be admitted . Once I got into the room, they did their normal routine and hooked me up to monitors. I was in so much pain I could not sit still, but....childbirth, so yeah. Five minutes later my doctor is rushing the room informing me there's a problem, as my boy was having a hard time getting oxygen. I now had no choice but to have an emergency c-section. That was okay with me, whatever needed to be done. I was absolutely terrified, and remember that was the last thing I told my doctor before I was knocked out.
I woke up sometime later, stitched up and my son was in NICU, hooked up to tube to help him breathe. He was in there 2 days and luckily that was all. He was almost a week past his due date btw.
Having said all this, my son is now 3, has asthma, and is very delayed in speech. He has had 3 ER visits for asthma attacks where the nebbie was useless. It was terrifying.
My end point here: being sent home was most likely the worst thing they did. Take care of your patients and their concerns. If your nurses had waited any longer, the outcome of my experience could have been vastly different.
On a brighter note, my aftercare nurses were fantastic both times. Delivery? Eh, not so much.

I would give “0” stars if possible! This rating is specifically for the emergency department. This is the third horrible experience I’ve had in the ER and will definitely be my last. I went in late last night for excruciating pain and was sent home without receiving meds because I was alone. I don’t have family here! I understand there are protocols to follow but the attitude of my nurse, Lara, and the doctor was terrible. I was being treated like I was there to get high or something. My pain was at an 8 and 10 with movement and the same when I left. I was sobbing, nauseated and breaking out in sweats from how much pain I was experiencing. I was so humiliated by the lack of empathy, compassion, and concern for my care. Never again will I be visiting this establishment for any of my medical concerns.

Great burn center, best in the country. For the ER, the billboard time is not your actual wait time. It's how long most people wait to see a PA or NP in triage. They count that as your "wait time" to "see a provider."

Worst experience ever! Went to get some test done was told they would contact me in 2 to 3 days never received a call back call on the 5 day go shot around until I go doctors hospital voicemail. Waited another week called back got told that since they didn't call it was a good thing and I shouldn't worry smh never have I seen people who truly didn't care

my mother was hospitalized at Doctors in June 2017. She was located on the fifth and the third floor. The doctors, nurses and staff was very professional and provided excellent customer service. My mother and I was very impressed with the care she received. She has since deceased but, I will never forget the treatment she received. Thanks to all of you
