SLOWEST PHARMACY IN AUGUSTA, GEORGIA. NEVER IN AND OUT, NEVER. TODAY WAS A THREE HOUR WAIT. NEVER AGAIN.

Jodie called from CVS and when i tried calling back I was on hold for more then 30mins and no one ever picked up. So finally got threw to speak with someone her name was(Crystal) she was very rude and very unhelpful. This CVS is horrible!! Have misplaced my meds number of times and even gave me someone else's meds. Thank God I checked the meds before I took them I had returned the meds and told them they gave me someone else's meds and they didn't even care. They need to hire more friendly Tech's with knowledge. Will not be using this store anymore so unprofessional and rude. If you want to work in a pharmacy being a pharmacy tech at least enjoy what you do with a smile don't just be rude to the customers and be there for a paycheck. Will also be contacting the main office to report them. This CVS gets zero stars from me but since I must rate it then it's a 1 Very disappointed with this CVS 😡😡

Waiting for the pharmacy for 45min without getting service. Would not recommend this place. Worst I've ever been to. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Can't even get someone to answer the phone. Really wish I would've requested a different pharmacy or location.

TL;DR: Slow pharmacy with bad facilities. An incredibly slow pharmacy. Pickup queues regularly extend down the aisles and the pharmacy staff move at a positively glacial pace. Groceries are grossly overpriced, even by convenience store standards. Store is clean, but the massive amounts of loud antitheft systems in the cosmetics department is off-putting to say the least. At the most recent visit, the one I am writing this review during while still waiting for a prescription that should have been ready, I received a refill for a prescription I didn't need a refill on and the refill I DID request was not ready even though I requested it 12 hours in advance. The bathroom was a single toilet that smelled awful and the toilet paper, paper towel, and soap were empty, the last of which is likely a health code violation unless it's a customer only bathroom (I don't know code.)
I've been consistently disappointed with the service at this location, and will be transferring my scripts to the pharmacy across the street soon.
