Poorly staffed and no good customer service takes forever to get your food even if pre ordered

Called order in to get there and realize they gave one of my pizzas away. Did not acknowledge or care to share the details with me i had to learn of the given away pizza from overhearing them talking about it. it took them 5 minutes just to ask me what i wanted to order, I told them i called an order in, girl behind counter reached for 2 pizzas noticed the other was gone and just put them back and walked off. I will never go to this place again, and ill be sure to tell all of my friends and family to do the same.

If 0 stars was an option... nasty nasty nasty! The parking lot is flooded with trash an half eaten pizza all over the ground. The restroom is just sick. I would not even wash my hands in there. I would not even order from this place. No one could pay me enough too eat their food. Can not believe this place is opened. VERY NASTY!!

Every time I come at night everyone in the crew seems to be angry and the look in their face and attitude show they could careless about customers or their experience. Rude! I called my order in at 9:33pm was quoted 8 minutes at 10:03 pm my order still wasn't ready. I asked why she told me because they forgot to make you bacon cheddar bites...and walked off...no explanation. No apologies. No nothing. Been in restaurant business my whole life and this has to be the worst place I've ever experienced!!!! My suggestion.... Flip the whole staff!!! Even the manager was careless about everything!!!!! Terrible!!!!
