Horrible customer service and just nasty in general, I ordered a pizza that came with a dead bug in it and when I called the store to explain this the rude, nasty no customer service lady who answered the phone actually laughed...... I have never a will never order a pizza from this store again

Very low quality. Pizza under-cooked, all topping and cheese in the center, and erratic/incomplete cuts, pretty disappointing overall. Definitely not maintaining pappa john's standards.

The order was placed an hour in advance. When I arrived, I thought my order would have been ready since I order it for a later time (one hour before I wanted to pick it up). I get to the window pay for it and was told will be ready in ten minutes (keep in mind I ordered it one hour prior to my arrival). It took twenty minutes to get my pizza which means they hadn't even began on my order before I arrived. The entire time I am sitting there watching as they prepare delivery orders. I ordered the pizzas with specials instructions and they put the pizzas in the wrongs boxes. I usually like this Papa John's,but my experience this time was horrible.

We ordered a pizza by phone for delivery. An hour went by, no pizza. We called back and they had no record of our order. Ridiculous. We have had negative experiences with nearly all the fast food places in Augusta. This adds to the list. Will not go back.
