The cheese biscuits are great, the rest of the meal meh. The wait staff was very friendly and did their best ensure everyone was happy with their meals. That said, the food could have been better.

Food came out before the appetizer. Still kept asking for the appetizer it finally came when we were getting ready to leave. So thankfully they took it off the check. Always waiting on your drink to be refilled. Love when they have the endless shrimp. Pretty pricey but all seafood is.

Was seated with in minutes...but waited 45 min and still no service no drink ...no hey be with you soon..nothing got pissed and left the two girls that where holding up the wall as we left ..asked no-one came? That sucks she said......uh yeah sure does I replied.the look on her face showed there was no surprise.as a highly regarded manager of a place built on customer service and team work I wish my rating could be a negative..needless to say I'm now at the other red lobster on Washington rd with in 8 minutes of walking through the door I am now getting my salad ...Washington RD.. RL you guy's should teach your other brothers what customer service means...good job
