Sarku in the food court refused to serve when we came in from a game Wednesday November 1st (2017). They said they were closed and it was 836pm. We went to China Express and they GLADLY served us. I’m pretty sure that Sarku is not supposed to do that and are supposed to serve until 9pm. I did ask a friend that worked there before and she said they serve until 9pm. I’ve been trying to contact the manager since the day after that (Thursday). Today is Saturday. They never answer the phone. Guess I’ll be calling the main office on Monday.

Food is great when it's freshly cooked. They are so busy, and the line is always ridiculously long. They really need a second location...

I am always pleased to see students from the Richmond County School District working. It is the missing measure of a school, will our students get a JOB? Oh....... the review, yes the food is consistently good. The long lines give testimony to this. The food is cooked in front of you, fast and with a smile. Did I say it is also relatively inexpensive for the quantity of food you get. I am always willing to pay more for good service. PLEASE, don't pass the trip jar.

This has always been the only place for me to eat in the mall. The food is top notch, with a unique flavor. The staff is always very friendly and jovial enough to keep customers laughing and coming back! This is the only place I can recommend to eat in the Augusta Mall. I've tried one in Columbia, and lets just say stick to the local one. :D
