Restorative Massage Therapy

I was having hip pain and it was hindering me from sporting activities that I like play. I decided to give massage therapy a try and scheduled an appointment. The reason I picked Elisha was that she is focused on pain management and not just general relaxation. On my first appointment she did a consultation and I told her my story. She was quick to formulate a plan and started working on the area that I was having issues with. She also gave me recommendations about what I needed to do outside of therapy to help strengthen my weak areas. After 4 sessions, I am about 90% pain free and feeling better everyday. Elisha has a calm demeanor that immediately makes you feel calm and comfortable. I'm incorporating therapy into my fitness routine and I highly recommend Elisha to anyone having pain.

Awesome Experience. Elisha was very professional and tailored my massage for my needs. She took down all my relevant information so she knew why I was there and spent a good portion of the massage in those areas. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
