Honestly, it was one of the worst services I have ever received. The cashier looked at me like he didn't want me there. He didn't even tell us that our order was out on the other side and just stared. But the place, coffee and pastries, are good. I hope they put more friendly people out there.

While visiting Austin I went to Medici on a recommendation from a friend. The service was great and the coffee was even better. It was smooth and flavorful, not bitter or burnt at all. They really know how to treat coffee. I was also impressed that the experience was the same at two different locations. Great job Caffé Medici.

Love everything about this place! Sweet dining areas, great for studying. The staff is super friendly and fun, and the coffee and food is AMAZING! Love this place!

Average coffee for the price of good coffee. Nice employees and aesthetic decor. It gets busy sometimes, So it's not the ideal place to study.

So far so good! Only been in summer when the crowds are out of town and I can grab a seat with a great people watching view. Coffee and bagel options are solid! Keep showing up too late, though, to get my hands on those Taco Deli breakfast tacos.
