Dr. Leeman and his team do a great job. They have done ear surgery on my 4 year old. Treated a sinus infection for my husband. And have treated my vertigo in the past. I would recommend Dr. Leenman and/or Kenneth PAC.

I went into the office in October of 2016 because I believed I had a sinus infection. Everyone was nice enough as I set up the appointment and went into the office. Dr. Leeman walked in and examined me after an hour and half, then stuck a tube up my nose. Because he squeezed me in between other appointments, I forgave him for seeming rushed and flustered and even the blistering pain that brought me to tears as he forced the tube through my sinuses. After poking around, the Dr. says I don't have a sinus infection but I'm going to need surgery and walks out without explaining why or what's really going on. A nurse comes in and gives me a steroid shot. Before she does it, I ask how much it costs, as well as the next three nurses who do the following tests who all say the cost is minimal. There was no chance for me to even ask how much the Nasal Endoscopy costs, which would later come back to haunt me.

When I get back up to the front desk, I'm flustered and nervous and ask lady checking me out to help me understand what's going on. She asks me to explain what happened with the doctor, and I can't really because he rushed through it all. She says "it's fine" and sets me up with a follow-up appointment. Still uncomfortable with the idea of SURGERY, I ask for her to grab the nurse who gave me a shot to explain everything. The nurse comes up from the back and tries to explain it all, and the front desk lady realizes she needs a different kind of appointment and changes the date. Huh??? Shouldn't you have known what was going on before setting up another appointment? All the alarms are going off in my head and as I pay the copay and leave, I'm feeling worse than when I went in.

I immediately contact another ENT. I go to the different doctor two weeks later and she does the nasal endoscopy procedure with the tube and it's so much gentler. I tell her Dr. Leeman brought me to tears and she looks shocked. She's even more shocked when I tell her that he thought I needed surgery. She says that he shouldn't have even brought that up in the first appointment. She prescribes me a nasal spray and that's it. WTF.

I pay $15 bucks for my spray and move on, thinking this ordeal is over. In the middle of November, I get a bill from Dr. Leeman. I'm confused because the same procedures were completely covered at the second doctor, but I understand that different offices have different billing systems. Upon opening the bill, I'm SHOCKED they're charging me almost $300, mostly for the Nasal Endoscopy.

I called and spoke to a woman in the billing department named Jennifer, who I realized was the same lady at the front desk that didn't know what she was doing with my appointment. She remembers me from when I came in because I was so flustered, and apologizes for the service and says she'll talk to her boss about the bill as soon she comes back from vacation and that they'll call me back. I thank her.

NO RESPONSE. I call back a week later and leave a voicemail for Jennifer. NO RESPONSE. A month goes by, because it's the holidays and I have worries, but I get another bill in the mail. I call again on 1/10 and leave another voicemail for Jennifer. NO RESPONSE. I call again on 1/17 and tell the girl who answers the phone, Olivia, that I haven't heard back from Jennifer after two voicemails. She apologizes and says she's writing her a note. STILL NO RESPONSE. I finally got a hold of Jennifer last week on March 14th, and I let her know that I felt like I was getting scammed. She was apathetic, and only offered to set up a payment plan. I took that, because I don't want this place to mess up my credit, but I will shortly be filing an official complaint with the Texas Medical Board.

This office is UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT and has really POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE skills.
