This place is always amazing! Super fast. Really Courteous. I’ve gone for everything from a strep and flu test to stitches and have only waited 20-30 minutes each visit. I highly recommend. It’s a little pricier than just your deductible $75 instead of $35, but I’ve always had to go on a Sunday or avoide an ER visit which is $250!

I had been feeling down all week and had an important week ahead of me walked in told them what I needed and without hesitation they provided me with. They were quick verified everything in and out in less than an hr!

My experience with Ashely, Amanda, Karina and Brianna was amazing. Super professional and fun while performing my EKG. They all deserve a raise for great customer service. They’re making Fastmed Urgent Care great again 😊

I had been recommended Fast Med in Manor by a friend saying they provided some of the best service she had received, and sure enough I was treated very well from beginning to end. Lindsay and Karina (total hoot), whom helped me out were very professional and attentive. They both made me feel like they actually cared for my well being, unlike in other places where they treat you like another dirty dollar to take care of. Five stars for excellent care and great staff. Definitely recommend.

I went in to urgent care and was assisted at the front desk by Christie. After verifying my insurance, she stated my insurance was inactive. I explained to her I specifically called the insurance company before I came and verified the coverage and benefits. She refused to hear it and kept telling me I'd have to pay the $400+ and take it up with my insurance myself. I went out to my car and called the insurance company a second time, getting the same information that my insurance was active. The insurance representative was willing to speak with Christie and provide her benefits, coverage, and a reference number, but she declined that as well. When I asked for a manager, the exact response I got was "She isn't here right now. And she would tell you the same thing anyway." Absolutely unprofessional. Why go here when there are tons of other places nearby with much better customer service?
