Easier and faster to get juvederm than a simple stitch at this "urgent care" center. Dismissive simple doctors and overworked nurses and techs in questionably clean environment...

**TAKEAWAY, DO NOT USE FOR ACTUAL URGENT MEDICAL ISSUES. PLACE IS FOR COSMETIC INJECTIONS. THEY ARE NOT WELL TRAINED OR PRACTICED IN MINOR EMERGENCY PROCEDURES, AND THEY WOULD RATHER NOT HAVE TO DO THEM..
** EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW, PLEASE SAVE TIME, MONEY, AND STRESS - AVOID THIS PLACE! THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER OPTIONS RIGHT UP AND DOWN BEE CAVES

Unfortunately, I had to visit in January 2017 due to a simple small laceration on my thumb. The entire experience was shocking and ghastly.

I was there for 4 hours (3 of them in the waiting room). Mind you, I was the only person there when I walked into the office.
After the 3rd hour of waiting for anything and being put into a exam room for 30 minutes, I posted a review on google. Then a female doctor comes in does a haphazard stitch( during this I l witnessed an unsterile(dirty) suture kit handed to her, she did notice and asked for a new one) and AS SOON AS SHE WAS DONE she immediately ASKS ME TO CHANGE MY REVIEW.. which I ended up taking down, just wanting to put it all behind me..
But then...I get my insurance statement with the explanation of benefits, basically what this company charged my insurance.
A whopping $730 total for: a terrible stitch, office visit, tetanus shot, and administration of said shot... I think the amount of money they are asking for is so wrong, outrageous, and unethical for the service provided.

** So to reiterate... 4 hours to get a simple stitch on my thumb and a tetanus booster at this "urgent care" clinic. If I didn't have great insurance, I would be scared of this place....

Immediately and correctly diagnosed me on several occasions, lab work correctly ascertained my disease with immediate and sincere follow up.

I have been going to Dr. Prajapiti close to 6 years now. She has always been a very caring, compassionate and a genuine listener to my health concerns.
Never in a rush, always answers all questions. Dr. Prajapiti's nurse - Nora, has a heart of gold!! These ladies make a great team... Angels on earth!!

Had an appointment with my 2 yr/o to see Dr. Prajapati and she was amazing. Have to say my toddler is very difficult with strangers approaching and especially touching. She was very understanding and tried to engage with her through a play. Made our visit very easy and pleasant. So happy to have found her.
