Yanell is an idiot. Not really sure what the positive comment below is all about (maybe they are writing their own reviews again) but I was extremely displeased with the customer service I received from Yanell. She does not shut up about irrelevant topics and successfully gave me a headache. Will not be going through Allstate for home owners insurance now, solely because of her.
