This has to be the worst professional services firm I have EVER dealt with. When a contractor damaged our home, their insurance used Custard as the adjuster. Not only has it taken months for Custard to send them the write-up (causing us to pay for numerous expenses out of pocket), they also made many mistakes on square footage, type of flooring to be replaced, etc. which required revisions. These revisions took - you guessed it - months to receive. At the current time we are still waiting for a final estimate. If you ever have a homeowner's claim, pray they don't use Custard.
