I have used Collin Chunta for dozens of closings. He is prompt, knowledgeable, professional (but not stuffy), and personable. Marissa, his escrow assistant, is amazing at assisting Collin to ensure that everything keeps running smoothly. I highly recommend them.

What a disaster!!! Stay away from this completely inept company. They don't answer phones, won't return calls when you leave messages - regardless of how many messages you leave or how urgent the matter, won't answer emails, won't answer questions, screwed up our closing paperwork, forgot paperwork at closing and we were called back in to finish signing paperwork. I could go on and on about how terrible they were to try to work with. I have done many real estate transactions with a number of different title companies and never before had problems before, but this one was nightmare!

Worst of all, we were referred to them by a "friend", so much for friend referrals!

The realtor listing a home we intended to purchase used this title co. We provided funds, funds cleared. The deal on our house fell through and the title co. would not release funds back to us for a full 10 days. This impaired our ability to proceed with another purchase. Their policy is to wait 10 days to validate funds, however, we provided everything from our bank to show proof. They could have called our bank as well. Their agents are rude and I was not satisfied with them at all. I would not recommend them and would suggest that you go with a more reputable company.
