Doug is a great agent.

I called around for several days getting quotes on renters insurance for my apartment.

I found that most agents didnt really care about my call since it was for such a small premium (under $20 a month), but that was definetly not the case with Doug. He not only took the time to quote several different programs he had, but he even asked me lots of questions about the type of coverage I was trying to get, what my main concerns were and so on.

It was his attention to detail and his commitment to having me as a client that made me begin to work with Doug...since then I have become a walking billboard for his business...he truly is THE insurance agent in Austin...not just another insurance agent.

If you aren't working with Doug...I dont know what your doing...but your missing out!
