Mueller Lake Park

This park is excellent and one of the best that Austin has to offer. It is relatively new and is very well kept. The walking trail is very nice and feels very peaceful along the pond. It has many benches to look out on the pond, and is a great spot for a date. It has some restaurants, bars, a movie theater and an ice cream shop right across the street. It is also a great park for kids; the playground is large and the Thinkery is across the street as well.

Great park! Lots of open spaces to run around. Lots of new dining options opening.

Fun place to take the whole family. There is a paved sidewalk/trail around most of the lake so it is perfect to ride trikes on. The lake is stocked with fish to catch and release. There is also a nice variety of waterfowl to watch but please do not feed them! Especially human processed food for example white bread. This interferes with behavior and migration and just like white bread not being good for humans it is even more unhealthy for the birds.

This is a beautiful park. Lots of paved trails to walk or jog around the lake. We love taking evening walks here, and it is very convenient to a yogurt shop, restaurants and bars.

Nice place to walk around and take kids to play. There's a great ice cream store nearby as well! Don't forget duck food!
