A beautiful, but unclean facility The surgeon who did the spinal surgery for my son would not perform the surgery at Dell because of all the OR related infections Dell had there. Still, the doctor had my son transported to Dell after his surgery for recovery. Now I wish he had not. They messed up his bloodwork twice and made a mistake with his pain medication once (very bad after spinal surgery). The nurses never changed the sheets on his bed the entire week he was there. Overall I would say Dell looks like a beautiful place, but based on our experience, they have a lot of work to do to get it clean and running like a proper hygenic hospital.
